Join me for this 46 Minute Full Body Reformer Pilates Workout! We're using a Booty Band in this workout for a few exercises to add some extra spice - I've got a medium weight booty band. Don't stress if you don't have one, you can do this full workout without it, I'll give you options to adapt as we go :)
