Paramount Studio recorder from AEG / TELEFUNKEN, mainly for radio stations, broadcast work.
This one seems to be coming from the NOS / dutch broadcasting. It is fully functioning with the specific V396 and V397 amplifiers installed underneath in the trolley.

Awesome aint it. .....way ahead of its time and probably way too expensive too build as well. double capstan, time meter, really acurate which is rare...and built like a tank
