This was requested by a composer friend and there has been some other interested friends requesting help with DAW programs. I have kept this very basic; hence the title" Davinci Resolve for Dummies! I was a dummy too when I first started making videos and tried many different programs to help me but discarded the difficult ones and stuck with this as the easiest to use. A couple of additions:
1. To use video clips instead of images you will have to have enough (time wise) to fill the entire video. You cannot extend the length of them only shorten. What I sometimes do if I don't have enough is repeat them or have them dispersed throughout with my hands and piano showing in between, You will want to fade both edges of the clips to make transitions look good.
