Our Founder and Chair of the Board, Helen Wang, established Oceanside Perspective NGO in order to address the gap in soft skills between prospective talent and industry demand. O.P.'s mission is to build an educational community that bridges multiple generations and provides a space to hone your soft skills under the guidance of mentors with the support of your peers.
