Sabudana kheer ek popular Indian dessert hai jo Navratri, vrat, aur special occasions par banaya jata hai. Yeh sabudana (sago) aur doodh se banaya jata hai.
Sabudana Kheer Banane Ki Vidhi:
Saamagri:
1 cup sabudana
2 cups doodh
1/4 cup cheeni
1/4 teaspoon ilaichi powder
1/4 teaspoon kesar
2 tablespoon ghii
Dry fruits (optional)
Vidhi:
1. Sabudana ko 4-5 ghante ke liye bhigo dein.
2. Doodh ko ubal len aur usme cheeni, ilaichi powder, aur kesar daalen.
3. Bhigoye hue sabudana ko doodh me daalen aur dhire-dhire pakayein.
4. Ghii daalen aur mix karen.
5. Dry fruits se garnish karen (optional).
6. Thanda serve karen.
Tips:
Sabudana ko bhigona zaroori hai taaki voh soft ho jaye.
Doodh ko ubal len taaki kheer thick ho jaye.
Cheeni ki matra apni pasand ke anusaar adjust karen.
