A hilarious and superhit comedy play, titled, ‘Gadhe Ki Baraat’, a Bela Theatre Caravan Group, New Delhi presentation, was staged at SRMS Riddhima—a Centre of Performing and Fine Arts recently. Written by HaribhaiWadgaonkar, and Directed by Amar Sah, the satirical Hindi play was an absolute laughing treat and a funny dose for theatre buffs of the town. The play is a satire on the political situations and on society. It gives a message that people manipulate things according to their comfort and convenience. It differentiates between two groups of society, the rich and the poor and focus on the distance between them.
