In 1974, Matchbox produced the Scammell truck with a semi-trailer carrying two containers. The model was sold for 10 years until 1984. Trucks in sets were painted in three colors: red, white and blue, and in 1983 a yellow version was also introduced as a model of the German post office. My copy had a broken container door. I bleached containers yellowed by the sun with 12% hydrogen peroxide. One wheel was also damaged. I repaired all the damage and made a copy of the box.
