कई बार जब हम normal check-ups के लिए जाते है तो Sonography में Baby की धड़कन दिखाई नही देती। इसका कारण है Baby में defect होना। 70% Babies में defect होना के करण ही First Trimester में Miscarriage हो जाता है।

Miscarriage के बाद Immunity Test होते है जैसे कि, Autoimmunity Test, Auloimmunity Test। jab बच्चे में Test किया जाता है और Reports normal आती है तब मां की जांच की जाति है।
