An old traditional recipe for chuspajs that everyone loves. This is a perfect side dish with any dish, especially with red meat. We are very happy to prepare it and even children love it.

INGREDIENTS :
1 kg of spinach
20 grams of butter
2 ports
3 cloves of garlic
1 egg
400 ml of milk
2 tablespoons of flour

RECIPE:
✅ Wash 1 kg of spinach. Take a larger pot and cook the spinach for 20 minutes, after which we will strain it
✅ Add very little oil and 20 grams of butter to the pan, fry 2 onions for 10 minutes. Add 3 cloves of garlic
✅ Spread the cooked spinach on a plate and cut it with a knife, then put it in a pan and combine it with the onion. Fry for 20 minutes while stirring
✅ While frying, make a mixture of 1 egg + a little milk, add salt
✅ After 20 minutes of frying, we start the stewing process, which lasts 10 - 15 minutes. Add the egg mixture to the spinach and mix
✅ When we have combined it nicely, we start gradually adding milk and mixing. In total, we will add 400 ml of milk. Add 2 tablespoons of flour.
