Chicken Tikka Boti Kebab
ingredients
• Chicken 1 kg
• Water 1 L
• Vinegar 1/2 cup
• Salt 2 tsp
Marination
• Ginger paste 1 tsp
• Garlic paste 1 tsp
• Thick yogurt 4 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Red chili powder 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
• Garam masala 1 tsp
• Coriander powder 1 tsp
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• Black salt 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
• Kashmiri red chili powder 2 tsp
• Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
• Chat masala 1 tsp
• Red food color 1/3 tsp
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Lemon juice 3 tbsp
• Baking soda 1/2 tsp

Kofta Pulao
Ingredients
Yogurt Marination
• Yogurt 150 grams, whisked
• Garam masala 1 tsp

• Baking soda 1 tsp

Add-ons
• Grated carrots 2.5 cups
• Raisins 1/2 cup
• Walnuts 1/4 cup, chopped
• Pineapple slices, 4, squeezed and chopped
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C using upper and lower rod for 30-35 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
