My falcons being injured by police while I am being ignored. Note I did not injure my falcons with a jet wash.

Memory stick information.


Please find enclosed a memory stick from my security system that was used to monitor my breeding falcons in the breeding season.

I will clearly state as I have done in a statement of truth and before I was aware an officer had wiped his body video even though he claimed I had broken the law and before I had seen any other police videos therefore I was laying my cards on the table the police lied about me jet washing my yards and aviaries.



The cameras and time was set up in summer time by Barry Young and I do not know how to alter it. The time is 52 minutes fast which can be affirmed by the phone video i took as I was filming the same situation using two different methods.

I was not aware that the police were going to lie about me allegedly jet washing my aviaries. I was bullied and threatened so I was in a heightened state of stress.. I was told that I had committed many offensives and the RSPCA various Council officials were on their way to support the police. I was in turmoil and fear that my falcons were going to be seized due to false charges.

After reading the police statements and a number of questions asked by a leading barrister I had cause to revisit the security videos that I have to further support my claim that the police lied about me jet washing the aviaries and yard. Given costs and the needs to make my case clear and concise I sent only the videos that I thought were important at the time however I sent all the videos to the police as part of my complaint but they wiped the memory sticks.

0fficer looking at my falcons another officer Shouting and threatening me. Officers were ordered to leave my property and both become hostile to me. You can see officer violently pointing and telling me I had to follow him. It is Obvious to see. This video brought back a number of bad memories as I was left in no doubt I was going to be prosecuted and the RSPCA, Environmental Health, Animal Welfare and the Wildlife Crime Officer were on their way to condemn me even though I had done no wrong.

Canning arriving 12.02 met by the police. At 1200pm I arrive back after the informant’s phone call to me to say the police were on their way and officer was waiting for me at the door. He rushed over to my vehicle and berated me for 2.5 minutes before I parked my vehicle on my empty drive other than the boxes of chicks. He was angry straight away.
