Sonarpur NADAM is a traditional Kathak dance institution founded by Sri Sandip Mallick on June 6, 1993 at Sonarpur. It offers Kathak dance training, workshops, seminars not only in India but also worldwide including the USA, Canada, Singapur, Dubai, Czech Republic, Australia, Bangladesh, Germany etc. It organizes a music festival called "PRATISHRUTI" every year to celebrate and promote the rich heritage and culture of Indian classical dance and music.
