The Lianyungang to Huai'an section of Changshen Expressway is an important part of Jiangsu Province's "15 radial, 6 vertical and 10 horizontal" expressway network, and is an economic and transportation "artery" connecting southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu. This centralized installation and demolition work involves the demolition of 1 prestressed cast-in-place box girder, 6 prestressed hollow slab girders, and the hoisting of box girders for 2 rebuilt overpasses. The traffic control covers an area of ​​70 kilometers from Guannan South Interchange to Songtiao Interchange. The time is tight, the procedures are many, and the operation area is wide. The risks and tasks of hoisting, chiseling, and guardrail construction are high. More than 300 workers and more than 100 mechanical equipment were dispatched at the same time, fighting hard for 13 hours, and launched an intensive installation and demolition construction "competition" for 9 overpasses. At the same time, taking advantage of the closed window period of the expressway, the pouring of the diversion port, the installation of the overpass guardrail, and the replacement of the anti-glare plate were carried out to provide guarantee for the safe passage of subsequent vehicles.
