6 large eggs
10.6 oz cream cheese
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
¾ cup heavy (whipping) cream
4½ Tbsp sugar
⅔ cup cake flour
½ lemon (for zest)
2 Tbsp lemon juice (about ½ large lemon
½ cup sugar (for beating egg whites)

1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
