For those who would like to see first hand what conditions and terrain first-responders (Police and Firefighters EMT's, EMA, CitizensOnPatrol, etc. ) and hundreds of volunteers (far and wide) were up against to find Lisa, this video will give you an idea and perspective. It was a "needle in a hay stack" situation. It was a true miracle! The rain and mud made it difficult, and I know several were injured themselves trying to do what in their heart was the right thing. A common goal to find one of our own. We scoured far and wide, from boots on the ground, to drones in the sky. The video starts almost directly over where Lisa's car was extracted on Shelby County Road 36, the drone then moves up and down the ridge back down to Pickle Rd. Lisa was found close to where this drone captured this footage (not sure exactly, but close) Many volunteers, local law enforcement and firefighters watched immense amount of footage for hours into the night (Saturday night) trying to find just a glimmer of PINK (the color reported she had on) or any other activity. I saw them first hand digging, water up to their knees, looking at every and I mean every possible lead or speck of sign of Lisa. They left no stone unturned. Again this is just a 3 minute clip on Saturday around 3pm, before hundreds of beautiful and determined hearts gathered to not be denied of finding their friend even though they have never met her. To GOD be the glory, for he is the reason of all things.
