This MINT 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser Turbo made the trip to PHAD from NYC for a diagnosis.
About a year ago the Check Engine Light came ON, with codes P0031 and P0037 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit LOW.
Owner says that it lacks power and the Turbo doesn't spool. Also it drinks a lot of gas.

Unfortunately, the PCM is not sending any current to heat up the O2 sensors, so it runs in OPEN LOOP all the time with NO BOOST...Not fun!

So it needs a PCM...but can we try a PHAD Russian NO PARTS REQUIRED HACK to make it run any better?
