A long overdue update covering mechanical overhaul of most of the driveline components and initial test of motor at 12V without controller.

The mechanical part of the project is now largely complete. All that remains is the second half of the work, namely wiring, battery assembly and fabrication of all the enclosures and control elements not yet dealt with. Whatever.

I'm obviously thrilled to be able to drive the tractor under electric power and I'm very happy with the noise level and the smoothness of the driveline.
