This is an easy to make homemade curd cheese recipe and it's a delight. It has no preservatives, no additives and ends up being healthier for you. It's great to eat at a snack or breakfast. It can be part of a sandwich or even a recipe for lunch or dinner. If you wanted to know how to make curd cheese at home easy, now you don't have to look anymore. INGREDIENTS OF THE RECIPE:
250g of minced ricotta
3 slices of grated mozzarella
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Salt to taste
1 glass of American hot milk (200 ml)

NOTE: The butter contributes to the taste of the recipe exactly like the curd cheese. And since the recipe yields a lot, more than two pots of curd, the portion has very little fat from the butter. You can even exchange it for olive oil but the taste will change.

Keep it in jars in the fridge, well sealed, for up to 5 days.

Yields approximately 40 tablespoons. Each spoon with 21 calories, 0.4g of carbohydrates (0g of fiber), 1.25g of protein and 1.6g of fat.
