Filmed January 16, 2019 at The Forum in Los Angeles, California. I will admit, when I first heard that Miley was going to perform at the show, I was like "what the heck is she doing here? She doesn't fit in with this. She won't do it justice." Boy was I wrong. She put on one of the best performances of the night. This performance was powerful and moving. A fitting tribute to Chris.
