- 抹茶流心千層蛋糕 Matcha Lava Crepe Cake -

份量: 8吋蛋糕一個 (15層)
Makes an 8-inch cake (15-layer)
材料 Ingredients:

蛋糕皮 Crepe:
蛋(室温) 4顆 4 Eggs (room-temp)
糖 55克 Sugar 55g
鹽 ½ 茶匙 Salt ½ tsp
低筋麵粉 80克 Cake flour 80g
牛奶 (溫) 400毫升 Warm Milk 400ml
牛油 55克 Butter 58g
抹茶粉 15克 Matcha Powder 15g

抹茶忌廉 Matcha whipped cream filling:
淡忌廉 400毫升 Whipping Cream 400ml
糖 40克 Sugar 40g
抹茶粉 8克 Matcha Powder 8g

抹茶流心 Matcha Lava:
抹茶粉 10克 Matcha Powder 10g
牛奶 (温) 40毫升 Warm Milk 40ml
牛奶 80毫升 Milk 80ml
淡忌廉 50毫升 Whipping Cream 50ml
糖 50克 Sugar 50g
