1 cup chopped onions
2 green chillies
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
1/4th teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons oil.
Some corainder leaves

For masala powder
1 tablespoon corainder seeds [dhania]
1 teaspoon cumin seeds [jeera]
4 red chillies
2 cinamon sticks
2 cardamom
4-5 cloves
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
