Stefano Eranio leads a training session for the U17 group at the AC Milan Camp in Cortina d'Ampezzo; summer 2016 - complex exercise.

This exercise, masterfully conducted by Stefano Eranio, develops in 3 phases which, however, take place without interruption:
1) in phase No. 1 the first player, who is in the center of the technical station, "calls" the exchange with the second player, who is in the southern part of the technical station, with a feint of the body. The second player then passes him the ball with the right force and with the right time. The first player then returns the ball to the second player and moves to the side. The second player passes the ball deep to the third player who is waiting for the ball on the north side of the technical station;
2) in phase No. 2 the third player, after receiving the ball from the second player, passes it to the first player who in the meantime is dumped in the center of the technical station, and "calls" the triangulation (give and go) with the fourth player on the side north of the technical station, behind the third player.
3) in phase N. 3 the fourth player, after triangulating with the first player, executes a conduction of the ball between the cones and goes to the south side of the technical station, to start it all over again in the role of the second player.

Try this exercise if you like without getting discouraged, because the more times you perform it the more the understanding between the players will increase and the better you will succeed.
