Seated exercises to help build strength. These strengthening exercises are for mild chronic fatigue syndrome and Long Covid. Ideal for spoonies or chronically ill people with mild fatigue.

The use of light weights is optional.

If you want to use weights Suzanne recommends starting with 2lbs and increasing up to 12lbs if you feel able.

REMEMBER - only do what your body feels capable of. Everyone has different levels of pain and fatigue so please make sure you modify moves for your bodies needs.
