Do this simple and effective warm-up routine every day to accelerate your guitar progress.

Warming up for just 10 minutes before practicing is one of the most important and effective things you can do to improve and accelerate your motor skills and cognitive development.

The brain and body need about 10 minutes of warm-up time to optimize our ability to concentrate, assimilate, and consolidate newly learned information. The same is true for motor skills. Unfortunately, most students try warming up during their main practice sessions while learning or improving material.

In this video, I share my exact daily warm-up routine and encourage you to add it (or variations of it) to the top of each practice session. You'll surely see faster and better results from your practice as a result!
