In this vlog, we took up our friend and chef Vikas Seth’s, long standing invite to taste some of the dishes from the menu at his new restaurant, Hopshaus in Indiranagar. What was planned as a catch-up lunch turned into a marathon tasting of over a dozen dishes that are a combination of some comforting Indian and interesting world flavours from Vikas’s travels. Thankfully, most of the dishes were vegetarian, so the boss could participate with equal enthusiasm too.
