Tiraspol, Transnistria - Being one of the most fascinating places in the world where you basically step back in time, there is no doubt that the food in Transnistria is equally fascinating. From classic borscht to chicken and capsicum soups, Transnistria has so much local food and its gastronomy is incredibly rich. While exploring the streets of Tiraspol, I decided to give the local food a try and I'm glad I did because this city has so much street food on offer. In this video, we try all the local foods that local Transnistrians eat on a daily basis, most of it having come from the Soviet era! From Soviet canteens to street side bakeries, this video has it all!
