Oh my goodness!!! If you haven't tried "Crack" Puff Corn, you are in for a treat. We show you how WE make our version of this yummy treat. Hope you try it and tell us in the comments below how you like it. Thanks for watching and we will see you on the next video.

The recipe for "Crack" Puff Corn in this video was doubled so that is:
4 sticks of butter
1 c. of light corn syrup
2 c. brown sugar
dash of vanilla
2 tsp of baking soda
Puff Corn 14 oz or more. (we used 30 oz)
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F
Add butter, light corn syrup and brown sugar to a pot. Over medium low, bring the ingredients to a boil and stir often, you don't want the caramel to burn. Once its boiling, continuously stir for 2 minutes. Once your two minutes are up, remove your pot and add in the vanilla and baking soda. Stir to combine. Place your puffed corn in an oven proof pan and pour your caramel over the puffed corn and stir all together. Once it is all mixed, place the pan in the oven and let it cook for 15 minutes. Once those minutes are up, take out your pan with a pot holder and mix it all again and then repeat the process 2 more times. You will be baking them in 15 minutes increments for a total of 45 minutes. Once your 45 minutes are up, take them out of the oven for the last time and dump them on the counter that has been lined with foil. Spread them apart and let them cool. They will harden up once they are cooled. They don't take long to cool at all. Enjoy!!!!!!
