thanks for listening to me talk about my life! i'm sharing this story because i think as a kid it could have helped or consoled me in some way to hear the stories of people who have gone through similar experiences and came out the other side shining. as a teen, finding inner peace seemed darn near impossible. but here i am now, learning that those "life is good" quotes might've had a point.

also forgot to mention, the "judgmental" trait that had led to my self hate just naturally resolved as i learned how to actually raise my self worth :)

i imagine the comment section for this video will be an especially vulnerable space, so PLEASE comment and reply with extra grace. also the fact that i'm able to talk about this so vulnerably, even with some humor, doesn't change the fact that this is a story near to my heart. so once again please be kind.
