Let’s dive into five of the negative symptoms of psychosis. Negative symptoms subtract from a person’s reality, resulting in a loss or lack of ability where there once had been plenty. These are the first symptoms to appear in a psychotic episode and identifying the warning signs goes a long way in preventing or stopping psychosis.
