This is the video of the first 5 games of the 2024 season in the MEC.

My team trained and played in a 3-4-3 Diamond, which utilized 4 midfielders and was an extremely fluid formation changing between a 4-2-3-1, 3-4-3, and 3-2-5 depending on which third of the field we had possession of the ball.

This video is for educational purposes and coaching purposes in order to show various principles of possession and attacking play.
