It's easy to put together a healthy and delicious tea that you can sip on throughout the day...and the health benefits are amazing!

The ingredients are as follows: Jasmine blossoms, Chrysanthemum blossoms, rose buds, goji berries, Chinese red dates, and then I added Milky Oats (not part of the TCM realm, but a great addition).

One of the greatest things about this tea is you can reuse the ingredients for 2 or 3 brews...just keep adding hot water and letting it seep.
