Tales and trails along a 9 day self-propelled traverse from the Kinbasket Reservoir to Jasper National Park via the old Athabasca Pass Route. Along the way, we recounted how early explorers described this route, and tried to imagine how Mount Brown was originally reported to be at an elevation of 16,000 ft.
