This is a review of the CST Xpedium Pro bike tire, which is a puncture proof bicycle tire that has two layers of protection under the rubber. There is a thick foam layer and then below that there is a puncture proof layer as well, so running over big or small, sharp objects will not pop your tires.  in this review video, I ride the CST Xpedium Pro tires in a variety of conditions, and I even ran over a big nail, and the tire did not pop. I can confirm that the puncture proof layer in the bike tire actually works to stop punctures.
