How To Make Delicious Barbacoa Easy Step By Step Beef Recipe | Sol's Kitchen

Ingredients:

10 Chile guajillo (Remove all seeds)
3 Chiles Pasilla
5 Chiles Puya
10 Cloves Garlic
15 Chile Arbol
half Onion
4.4 ibs beef chuck
2.2 ibs beef ribs
3/4 cup of White Vinegar
8 Black pepper pimienta gorda
5 cloves
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp of Mexican oregano
4 bay leaves
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp Garlic powder


Instructions:
Add 2 tbsp oil in pan. Add chile guajillo, chile pasilla and chile puya in pan. Fry chiles lightly.
Remove all the chiles from the pan. Add a little more oil to the same pan. Add half onion, garlic cloves, and chile arbol in oil.
Remove chile arbol from the pan. Now put all the chile guajillo, chile pasilla and chile puya in pan.
Add 1 cup water. Cover the pan for 5 minutes on low heat. Now turn off the fire. Now put all the chiles, onion, and garlic in the grinder.
Add 3/4 cup of white vinegar to the grinder. Add 8 black pepper pimiento Gorda, 3 cloves, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp of Mexican,
oregano, 2 bay leaves, 1 tsp thyme in a grinder with chiles. Add one and a half cups of water and grind them well. Add more than half a cup of water and grind them well. Add 1 tbsp salt and mix well. Sprinkle salt and Garlic powder on the beef. Now put all the salsa in the cooking bowl. Add beef to the salsa. Cover with the foil and put in a refrigerator for 3 hours. After 3 hours remove the foil. Add 1 cup of water and mix well. Add 1 cup more water and mix. Add 2 cloves, 2 bay leaves and a half onion cut in slices mix well. Cover again with the foil. Cook 15 minutes at high temperature. Now turn the temperature down to very low heat and cook for 4 hours. After 4 hours your delicious Barbacoa is ready.
