जब HSG में दोनों Fallopian Tubes block नजर आए तो उससे ठीक करने के 2 Options होते है।
1. Laparoscopy से tube को open करने की कोशिश करते हैं।
2. IVF

00:55 Laparoscopy द्वारा Fallopian Tubes की Blockage को ठीक करना।
Laparoscopy एक Surgical Procedure है जिस Hysteroscopy के साथ करते है। इसमें गर्भाशय के अंदर एक दूरबीन डालते है और वह से एक कैथेटर Pass करते है और इसे Tubes को Open करने की कोशिश करते है।

01:25 छोटे Blockage कैसे ठीक करते है?
यदी 2 चोट Blockage होते है तो उससे हटा कर Tubes को दुबारा जोड़ दिया जाता है जिसे Tubal Anastomosis कहते हैं।

02:00 IVF की प्रक्रिया।
महिला को Periods के starting के 2 या 3 दिन से doctors Hormonal Injections देते हैं। यह Hormonal Injections decide होता है, Female की age पर, Body Mass Index पर और Ovarian Reserve Test पर। Injections के बाद Doctors sonography द्वारा Egg पर नजर रखते हैं और देखते हैं यदि Egg का Size बढ़ रहा है या नहीं। यदि Egg का Size बढ़ गया है तो इसके बाद Egg Retrieval Procedure शुरू होता है। इससे Anesthesia के Under किया जाता है। इसी Process को पूरा करने के लिय Male का fresh semen collect किया जाता है। और Laboratory में Egg और Sperm को साथ रखा जाता है Fertilization के लिए। जब यह eggs तयार हो जाते है इसे दुबारा Uterus में डाल दिया जाता है। इस पुरे procedure को Embryos Transfer कहते हैं।
