"They have manpower issues. Ukraine has the capacity, if they can make it last, that this will inflict severe pain on Russia."

Sten Rynning, director of DIAS, says that he predicts the war in Ukraine will last for at least another year. With the war starting to really damage Russia's economy, Russia are resorting to using "outdated weapons" and taking weapons from Ukraine and Iran.
