2x Monkfish Fillets
8x New Potatoes
2x Red Peppers
2x Red Onions
1x Lemon (zest & juice)
Flat Leaf Parsley
Panko Bread Crumbs
Butter (unsalted)
Olive Oil
Green Beans (enough for two)
100g Samphire
