EDIT:...Thanks again to Matt for pointing out the fans I originally linked to here were the .PWM version which are louder that the ULN (ultra low noise) Matt used and I used in this video.....so it seems that I didn't pay too much as £19 seems to be going rate for them (on Amazon anyway...maybe worth shopping around)....if looking at prices check it's the ULN one you are looking at.
