A new year was upon us so it was time to share our recipe to make Dutch Oliebollen.

Recipe
750 Gr all purpose flower
35-40 fresh yeast of 2 sachets of dry rapid rising
3/4 liter 2% milk
2 egg yolks
15 gr salt
40 gr sugar
50 gr margarine
For apple beignets only one sachet of yeast. No rising. And 1+ liter milk

Filling:
Filling. 1-2 apples apple and 166 gr raisins
Apple beignets Apple slices + sugar / cinnamon to taste
