This segment is a loop drive at the two northernmost towns of Ilocos Norte - Pagudpud + Bangui covering the following points of Interests:

• Casa Consuelo, Pagudpud
• Pagudpud Municipal Arch
• Bangui Windmills, Bangui
• St. Lawrence Parish + Ruins, Bangui
• St. Jude Thaddeus Parish, Pagudpud
• BergBlick Restaurant, Pagudpud
• Mini Batanes, Pagudpud

Roadworks are ongoing in Bgy. Caparispisan & Bgy. Caunayan in Pagudpud but still passable to all kinds of vehicles except maybe for the lowered ones.

Bgy. Caparispisan is the area where the windmills in Pagudpud are located & the area is planted with pine trees which will really look stunning especially when they grow bigger.

It has been raining in the morning then the sun came out bringing along a rainbow which made the landscape even more beautiful.
