WARRIOR BODY PROGRAM DAY 5 BREAKDOWN:
300 jumping jacks to warmup
10 minutes of power front kicks
10 minutes of power straight punches
Tabata bodyweight rows with a towel/10 rounds
10 minutes of shadow kickboxing to end
(First 5 minutes throw with power/last 5 minutes throw with less power but be more active)
*NO BREAKS INBETWEEN EXERCISES!!!
