HOW TO MAKE PAKORAS in AIR FRYER | Spinach Fritters for Beginners | Healthy Snack Palak Pakora ‪@ShinewithShobs‬ Healthy No Fry Snack for you and your kids can enjoy as an after school snack. Recipe for Pakora / Pakoda in Air Fryer
Palak Pakora / Spinach Fritters
Ingredients:
4 handful / cups of spinach
1 large onion or 2 medium size onion
2 green chillies
1 & half cup besan / chickpea flour
1/4th cup rice flour
1 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Rock Salt
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1/4th teaspoon black pepper powder
1/4th teaspoon ginger powder
3/4th to 1 cup water enough to bind the mixture

Method:
1. chop onion, green chilies, & spinach
2. Add into a large mixing bowl
3. Add the rest of the spices mentioned above in the ingredients
4. Add water just enough to bind the mixture. It should not be too thin or too thick
5. Pre-heat the air fryer for 3 min
6. Spray the basket with oil. This will help Pakoras not to get over dry.
7. Add a small portion of the Pakora mix in the basket
8. Air fry for 8 min first, then air fry for another 6 or 8 minutes
9. Adjust the time & temp according to your liking
10. Enjoy it hot. Have it with your favorite sauce or chutney.
