Today I decided to steer a bit away from the topic of VNS and speak more about the pandemic and epilepsy.
I used myself in this video as an example of how the pandemic has affected me with epilepsy.
I spoke about the past year, how I am feeling now, and added in some topics regarding the VNS (can't leave that out!).
In this video I asked the viewers a question: How has the pandemic affected you, are there similarities with how it has affected me?
Of course please don't feel pressured to answer this. You can write as much or as little as you like!
