We will read the entire chapter and go verse by verse and decode the difficult lines including the references to the Sabbaths and Feasts, Hagar and Mt. Sinai and the elementary principles of the world. Once the context established, you'll see that this chapter is not teaching against the Law of God but the false doctrines of men, whether based on the Bible or idolatry.
