This an interesting africanfolktale story of a King who rejected his only son because he was blind. The king rejoiced at the birth of his first daughter but grew anxious after the birth of his second and third daughters, as he longed for a male heir. Amidst his desperation, the king’s eyes fell on a stunning palace maiden. Despite village traditions forbidding a second wife, the king’s desire for the maiden ed to a tragic event where he took advantage of her and the subsequent occurence is one you can't afford to miss!
