Randall Cunningham and the Vikings offense is not quite looking like the juggernaut it was in 1998. In the first three games of '99, the Vikings couldn't surpass 21 points, something they did every game the year prior. Coming of two straight losses, they hope to rebound against Trent Dilfer and the Bucs, coached by their former coordinator Tony Dungy.
