TODAY'S RECIPE IS Mango Kulfi Recipe | Stuffed Mango Kulfi | Super Tasty & Creamy Kulfi Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Mango stuffed kulfi recipe
Milk 1 litre
Bring it to a boil
Low the flame
Collect mala from sides
Stir occasionally
Reduce into half
Sugar 4 tbsp
Saffron milk 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Reduce into 1/3 portions
Thick consistency
Let it cool down
Ripe mango
Trim off the head
Save it for later use
Insert the knife & loosen the seed
Twist & remove the seed
Collect leftover plum
Put back the plum
Set it in a bowl or cup
Pour kulfi mixture
Keep it in the freezer for 8 hours or over night
Pistachios
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
