When operator clamps the baseplate and light pole, robot starts to spot weldingon the bottom inside of baseplate to preliminary fixing pole and baseplate. Thenrobot automatically moves to weld 360°on outside baseplate.
After outside welding, robot automatically moves to the inside and starts to
360°welding.
After baseplate outside and inside welding, stiffiners are feeded automatically.Robot starts spot welding at first, then weld one side of the stiffiner and continuewith the other side till all stiffiners welding done.
