After the Beaverhead 100K, we went off-grid hard, enjoying the rivers, streams, hot springs and mountains of Idaho. Rafting on the Payette river was a highlight for all of us. I got back up into the mountains, and had the Trail Creek Lakes trail and ultimately a view of the backside of Regan Peak and its neighboring crags to myself. The best part of our trip was our riverside campsite, in close proximity to the best hot springs we've ever seen. I hope we keep the special waters of Idaho - in all their forms - in our minds all throughout our lives.
