How to install the cheapest long travel suspension on your Polaris RZR Turbo XP. We show you exactly what needs to be done to put Turbo S suspension parts onto your Turbo XP. Its a lot easier than I thought and requires very little fabricating. This can be the cheapest way to get a long travel kit on a Turbo RZR. The long travel makes your RZR ride better. It gives you more clearance. This is one of the best RZR upgrades Ive done so far.

Parts list
Upper and Lower A arms for a Turbo S
Trailing arms and lower radius rods for a Turbo S
2 ended adjustable upper radius rods for a Turbo S
Tie rods, aftermarket or drilled knuckles to use stock Turbo S
Rear limit straps (32in)
Passenger side front brake line (Turbo S) and 7 banjo fitting washers
Brake fluid to bleed the brakes after
Bolts: 8 x 12mm bolts with nylon nuts, 4 x 70mm long and 4 x 100mm long
6in long piece of 1.5in x 1/8 flat bar to make tabs
Turbo S bearing carriers or modify turbo ones.
Turbo S axles

Total cost was under $1400 if I went stock turbo S bearing carriers. However the parts I took off sold used for around $1000.
